Common questions

Do staff know they are being tested?
No — the simulations are sent as genuine-looking emails. Staff only find out after they click, when they see a clear and supportive explanation. The goal is education, not gotcha moments.
Are any credentials captured?
Never. Our campaigns may include a fake login page, but no data entered is ever sent or stored. This is a core design principle of the service.
Can I see which individuals clicked?
No. Your dashboard shows anonymised statistics — click rates, trends over time, and campaign summaries — without identifying any individual employee.
What do I need to set up before campaigns start?
You will need to whitelist our sending domain with your IT team or email provider to ensure campaigns reach inboxes. We provide clear instructions for this after signup.
Can I cancel at any time?
Subscriptions are billed annually. You can cancel before your renewal date and your service will continue until the end of the paid period.
Is this service GDPR compliant?
The service is designed to support GDPR compliance. You remain the data controller for your staff data and are responsible for ensuring appropriate transparency with employees. We provide a Data Processing Agreement as part of signup.
